A bespoke garment does not have a set price it all depends of the design of the piece. If you have a budget you would like to keep within, please explain this during your appointment and our design team can work with you to achieve this. The price can increase with the choice of fabrics, design and time needed to create your desired garment.

A bespoke garment does not have a set time limit, it all depends of the design of the piece. If you have a time limit or certain date you would like your garment created by, you can explain this during your appointment and our design team can work with you to achieve this.

Time scale can be effected by the delivery dates of fabrics and if you are available to come for the fittings needed.

It is an appointment to fit the garment to your body. Our seamstresses will start with the lining or basic shape of the garment for the first fitting. The amount of fittings needed will depend on the design of the garment.

You may need multiple fittings but it is all part of the garment creating process. As the fittings progress the dress will come to life.

The final fitting will be the finished garment and all the details will be checked before steaming and packing.

Any payments made on an order or made to measure order are non-refundable, unless cancellation takes place within the first 24 hours of placing an order and any other work has not been started in connection with the order, including fabric sourcing, design work, pattern work, cutting or garment construction and alterations. All deposits are non-refundable upon the cancellation of the event the garment is required for. This includes government restrictions preventing the event from taking place, isolation requirements or illness at the date of the event.

Sadly we do not alter garments, we make them instead. When you have a garment made with us we make sure you have regular fittings to ensure the perfect fit.
