Policy

A price for a garment will be agreed and confirmed before any order is placed, including any additional costs for alterations.

On all orders a deposit will be payable, with the outstanding amount payable on collection of the order. Orders can also be paid in instalments.

Any payments made on an order or made to measure order are non-refundable, unless cancellation takes place within the first 24 hours of placing an order and any other work has not been started in connection with the order, including fabric sourcing, design work, pattern work, cutting or garment construction and alterations.

The Dressing Room will not accept any responsibility for any decisions made by the customer regarding style, suitability or cancellation of event.

A refund will only be given if a significant error regarding the manufacture or altering of the garment has been made by The Dressing Room and the error can not be rectified.

Any order that has been confirmed by the customer will be taken as a confirmation of measurements and the order will be processed accordingly.

If the customer has gained or lost weight or inches before the final fitting, the dressing room will not accept any responsibility for the final fit of the garment. Additional charges will be made for any additional work required.

Definitions

'Made to measure' refers to the product that The Dressing Room has agreed to supply to the purchaser in accordance with the terms of this agreement. All garments are made to fit the measurements taken when the order is placed.

'Fitting/fittings' refers to the garments fitting, customers are required to try on the garment in stages for confirmation/adjustment to achieve the required fit.
