Delivery and Returns Information


Please allow 10 working days for any order to be processed, sent and delivered. Some orders may need to be made especially if the size selected is not in stock.                      

If we do have the item you require in stock we will notify you via e-mail along with an estimated delivery date.  

We can not guarantee next day delivery on weekends and bank holidays.

Our delivery guarantee relies on a third-party, the Royal Mail or any other courier/s we may decide to use from time to time. The Dressing Room accepts no responsibilities for any delays caused by factors outside our control.

All deliveries from this store are by Royal Mail Special Delivery 1pm. All items can be tracked and are insured.


Standard delivery charge  for UK addresses is currently £7.50. Other destinations may incur an additional charge. Please enquire for details.


Returns Policy


In compliance with Distance Selling Regulations you have seven days, from receipt of goods, in which to change your mind regarding your purchase. You must inform us of your intention by email at , or by letter to 42/44 Walgate, Wigan, WN1 1JU. You will be refunded, in full, on return of the goods. Please note that, unless due to fault or damage, the customer will bear the cost of the return postage. This is in addition to your statutory rights. No refunds will be made unless goods are returned intact, undamaged, unworn and with all label and tags intact.
